The journey of Bellmare was begun, when an 18-year-old boy, Preeth wanted to be a responsible businessman. His passion was sparked by a book he has read, about the contributions a business can make, for the social and economic welfare of a nation.
Preeth, the young entrepreneur, an active social worker, and a sports enthusiast, started up his first venture in 2005. He opened Bell Plaza, a small outlet that sold Mobile phones and accessories, in Kannur, a coastal town in northern Kerala.
The next year, in 2006, Preeth entered into the reality industry, introducing and incorporating the brand ‘Bellmare Corp’ in residential and commercial spaces markets in Kannur and Coorg.
Since then Bellmare keeps on building up improved architectural perceptions in these regions.
Bellmare has achieved remarkable growth, and also has diversified its business to Tourism, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retailing sectors. Preeth’s Diverse business success and his immense contributions for social welfare got him the prestigious Pride of India award, at the International unity and Industrial growth conference held at New Delhi in 2015.
Adding another feather in the hat, The upcoming “JP airport hotel”, at the Kannur international airport is being built up by Bellmare’s JP ventures
